A future date is projected and can change. Some deceased records also use the release-date column. These limits are why the docket and originating agency remain important.
Federal Court Release Record
The federal docket explains what the locator does not. PACER can contain the judgment, sentencing terms, detention orders, revocation filings, and supervised-release conditions. Supervised release is court-ordered monitoring after incarceration; it is not the same as BOP imprisonment. Federal probation administers it under the federal court.
